Madarihat is a small town located at the fringe of Jaldapara. It is a national park situated at the foothills of Eastern Himalayans along the bank of Torsa river. Madarihat is located right on National Highway 31 and also has a very small railway station. Madarihat is the base for travel to Jaldapara forests. Surrounded by the lush tea garden, tropical Forest, hill region and small cascading streams Madarihat is blessed with its own astounding sights travelers visit this town. Tea gardens

Dheklapara Tea Garden is a village in the Madarihat Birpara CD block in the Alipurduar subdivision of the Alipurduar district in the state of West Bengal, India.

Jaldapara Wild Life Sanctuary

The park holds the largest rhino population in India after Kaziranga National Park in Assam. Other animals in the park include Indian leopard, Indian elephants, sambar, barking deer, spotted deer, hog deer, wild boars, and gaur. Jaldapara is a paradise for bird watchers.

Madarihat Furniture Market

Madarihat is also world famous for the local wooden furniture.

South Khairbari Animal Rescue Centre

Located 15km from Jaldapara is the safe haven for the feline who have rescued from circus, hunters South khayerbari Animal Rescue Centre.

Chilapata Forest is a dense jungle area right in the middle of Eastern Dooars, near Jaldapara Wildlife Sanctuary in Jalpaiguri District of West Bengal. Chilapata is famous for the one horned rhinoceros but animals like Leopards, Elephants & Wild Boars are also present in this area.

Jayanti River Valley

River Jayanti blessed with rich flora and fauna, Jayanti Forest is located within the dense forest of Buxa Tiger Reserve. Jayanti Forest is a famous for its pictorial views and amazing trekking trails.
